Our Team
The strengths we bring to your business start with a team with outstanding qualifications and depth of experience. All of our team members have strong formal training far an beyond vendor certifications. With university degrees in field such as computer science, computer engineering, software engineering and eduction, we are ready to look at the problems you present from a rich variety of perspectives.
We are not wedded to a particular operating system or hardware vendor. A significant strength that of ours is that we are "vendor agnostic". This allows us to consider software and hardware resources with an objectivity that you will not find with companies that promote themselves as partners of this vendor or that.
Our goal in working with you and our business success is rooted in helping you achieve the best available solution to the problem at hand.
Success to us is more than just a word; it is a measurable quantity that we constantly use to evaluate our performance so that we maintain the high level of service for which we strive. We define success as being able to say "yes" in response to all three of the following questions:
1. Has the work we have performed met or exceeded the established expectations?
2. Has the work we have performed come in on or under budget?
3. Has the work we have performed been completed on time or early?
Having chosen to grow for almost a decade without sales or marketing support, our success has been based on developing long-term relationships with satisfied customers and through word-of-mouth referrals.
The thing that separates us from the competition is our proactive approach to the development and implementation of solutions. We don’t want to have to fix things after they break; our focus is on putting into place solutions that "wear out" rather than "break before their time".
The Law of Unintended Consequences has many components. To paraphrase the Scottish poet, Robbie Burns, no matter how well you plan, you cannot completely prevent problems from occurring. However, without proper planning, you can be virtually assured that you will encounter even more unexpected and disruptive problems along the way. "Pay me now or pay me later" is a natural corrolary of the Law of Unintended Consequences. By avoiding the "break/fix" approach of other companies, Tetraplex can help you minimize the problems you will encounter for which you will "pay later" and which could be extremely disruptive and costly for your business
