Tetraplex History
Tetraplex was incorporated in 1999 and has provided a range of services in support of businesses for a decade. Initially focused on providing technical solutions for Internet service providers across North America, we quickly recognized that technical solutions and business solutions are not one and the same. While both require knowledge, the way in which it is used and managed is very different depending on the purpose.
While technical problems require technical solutions, business problems are generally much more complex as they involve the complex interplay of human and technical issues. We approach business problems from this dual perspective, seeking out human solutions for human problems and technical solutions for problems that are purely of a technical nature.
We work together with clients in the development of solutions to their business problems and the delivery of business services. While we bring a wealth of expertise and experience to tackling challenging problems, we recognize that it is our clients who best know their business along with its strengths and vulnerabilities. Our approach is to work in partnership with our client to identify problems sources and to develop solutions for their business that are both comprehensive and realistic.
