Tetraplex is an Information Technology and  Knowledge Management consultancy.

We act as an on-call, off-site IT department, a technology advisor, a virtual procurement department, a systems integrator, a developer of custom software and a manager of change within the varied existing structures of our client organizations.

Tetraplex designs, develops and delivers business services involving information and communications technologies. While the services we provide may be simple and straightforward or sophisticated and complex, they all share a robustness and reliability that support business goals.   Tetraplex has a track record of successfully providing services to a wide range of businesses from small manufacturing companies through to large multinational corporations and Internet service providers.  

Tetraplex personnel are highly educated and experienced in their areas of expertise. The computer and software engineers, computer scientists and educators on our staff are the secret ingredients to our success in providing proactive services.

Our services are shaped by our focus on working proactively on solving problems and delivering support services. This is characterised in the way we work with clients in the provision of IT support services.

Before we accept a new potential client, we perform an audit of the client’s current infrastructure and support service delivery to ensure that we have a common base of understanding on which to plan forward. Even if we do not end up taking on the potential client, they will at least walk away with a preliminary audit that they can use in their IT planning or with another vendor of their choice.

In order to reduce ongoing service support costs, our preference is to provide service support remotely whenever possible. While we are happy to come onsite, there is no need for our clients to pay the associated costs of an onsite visit if the problem can be diagnosed and resolved remotely. To this end, barring immediate critical problems, one of the first things we doe is set up workstations and servers so that they can be managed and maintained remotely.

Given the security work we do with Internet services providers, we know about network and Internet security. We are able to provide highly-secure remote access to company computers from secured, monitored locations. While other service providers do provide remote access services, the focus is often on the service --- for which you pay --- rather than the security (for which you may pay dearly if your network is compromised).

Given our proactive focus, we provide 24x7 monitoring services for critical systems and for a range of devices or services. We offer a range of service-level agreements to provide you with the response you need to address infrastructure or service failure that can seriously disrupt your business.
